The data controller is responsible for the secure handling and adequate protection of personal data provided on the website.

2. Scope of personal data processed

When you fill out the contact form on the website, we process the following data:

  • name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • message content

  • technical data (IP address, browsing data – collected automatically by the Wix system)

3. Purpose of data processing

Purposes of processing personal data:

  • contacting and communicating with the person making the request

  • preparing offers and providing information

  • customer service support

  • analysis of website operation (cookies)

We will use the data provided exclusively for these purposes.

4. Legal basis for data processing

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR:
the voluntary consent of the data subject, which is given by filling out and submitting the form.

For cookies:
Article 6 (1) f) of the GDPR — legitimate interest or, where applicable, consent (acceptance of cookie banner).

5. Duration of data storage

Personal data:

  • in case of request for quotation, up to 1 year

  • in the case of a customer service request until the communication is closed

  • in the case of statistical/cookie data, depending on the type of cookie (see Cookie Policy)

After the retention period has expired, the data will be deleted.

6. Transfer of data to third parties

During the technical operation of the website, certain personal data may be transferred to service providers involved in the operation of the website:

  • Wix.com Ltd. (hosting and system operator)

  • Email provider (e.g. Gmail, Outlook)

These service providers only have technical access and are not allowed to use the data for their own purposes.

In order to prepare reservations, requests for quotations and the provision of the service, we may transfer the personal data provided to our foreign partners involved in the operation of the ship. The scope of the transferred data is limited to the information that is absolutely necessary for the provision of the service. Our partners may process the data solely for the purpose of preparing and carrying out the trip, may not use it for their own purposes, and are obliged to treat it confidentially.

Data will not be transferred to third countries unless the technical operation of Wix justifies this; in such cases, the data transfer complies with the requirements of the GDPR.

7. Rights of data subjects

You are entitled to:

  • request information about the processing of your personal data

  • request their correction or deletion

  • request restriction of data processing

  • to object to data processing

  • request data portability

The data controller will fulfill your request as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days.

If you feel that the processing of your data is unlawful, you can file a complaint:
